representatives of object oriented notations are Booch from Grady Booch, Objectory from Ivar
Jacobson and Object Modeling Technique (OMT) from James Rumbaugh. The initiators of UML
gradually recognized the significance of a unified method for software engineering. In 1995 Grady
Booch and Jim Rumbaugh combined their both methods Booch and OMT and announced Unified
Method 0.8 (UM 0.8) at the conference OOPSLA in Austin, Texas. But this method lacked on the

Aggression comes in two main forms; hostile aggression and instrumental aggression. Hostile
aggression is aggression stemming from feelings of anger and aimed at inflicting pain or injury
(Aronson, Wilson, Arkert, 2013, p. 453). So simply put, hostile aggression is being violent and hurting
someone because we are angry. According to our textbook, instrumental aggression is defined as
aggression as a means to some goal other than causing pain (Aronson, Wilson, Arkert, 2013, p. 454).
Instrumental Aggression is basically harming someone in service of some other goal and not to just

The origins of kickboxing is found in the martial art of Muay Thai. Kickboxing does not have a
grading system (belts) and fighters are ranked by their competitive record alone (Grahame, 2010).
Now though many kickboxing school have started implementing a belt system to help their students
set goals and see how far they have come. Sheila s sensei does not use the belt system but is being
swayed to giving it try. Though I am not sure how he will go about ranking his students already in
kickboxing. Jiu jitsu is translated to the art of softness or way of yielding (Rousseau, 2017). Jiu jitsu is
about self defense. It started as a way to teach a unarmed or very lightly armed warrior to fight a
heavily armed warrior. This martial art is focused on using grappling, throwing and restraining your
opponent (Rousseau, 2017). For Sheila, jiu jitsu was the gateway to martial arts. She has been in jiu
jitsu for the past four years and since she is finally a black belt she is deciding to either pursue a new
martial art style to learn or start participating in jiu jitsu
