Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK) is a public university located in Kelantan, Malaysia. It was established in 2006 as the first public university in Kelantan. UMK aims to develop entrepreneurial skills across its curriculum and produce graduates prepared for business and industry. Currently, UMK has over 600 students across four faculties and one academic center located on temporary campuses. UMK has ambitious plans to expand to 15,000 students across 10 faculties/centers located on permanent campuses in Kota Bharu, Bachok, and Jeli by 2020.
