This document discusses health and illness. It defines health as a state of physical and mental well-being, while illness is the opposite and makes one feel tired with the body not working properly. Symptoms like coughs, pain or fever indicate the body is ill. Maintaining good health involves eating balanced meals, getting enough sleep, washing hands, and breathing fresh air. Illnesses can be contagious, caused by bacteria or viruses transmitted between people, or non-contagious due to injuries or poor diet. Bacteria and other microorganisms like viruses, fungi and amoebas can cause infectious illnesses.
