What is health?
Health is a state of physical and mental well-being.
Healthy habits
Sleep 8 or 9 hours every night and rest when we are
tired.
Eat a balanced diet.
Eat five meals a day and always eat breakfast.
Wash our hands before meals and have a shower every
day.
Breathe fresh air and avoid places with smoke.
4. TYPES OF ILLNESS
Infectious illnesses,
that are caused by
harmful bacteria or
viruses.
Non infectious
ilnesses, that have
different causes.
5. PREVENTING INFECTIOUS ILLNESSES
Some important things to prevent
infections are:
Wash your hands before eating.
Wash uncooked food.
Do not share eating utensiles.
Vaccines.
