5. Summary Tally is a girl who lives in UglieVille since she was 12 years old. In her world is a operation, that makes you pretty when you turn 16. Then 3 weeks before her birthday she meets this girl Shay and becomes best friends with her, but Shay isn’t sure if she really wants to become pretty. She tells Tally that she wants to run away with her to a place called “The Smoke”. First Tally doesn’t know what to do but after thinking about it she decides to turn pretty but she has to follow Shay as a spy to discoverThe Smoke for the specials that would make her pretty for it. After and after she starts liking the smoke so will she still tell the specials where it is?

12. 1 last things I want to say about this book…. It‘s such a good book!!!!!! The first time I heard about it I thought it’s all boring about a operation but then i stated reading it and i found out it has much deeper thoughts than: everybody should be pretty!!!
