BSN 2-B students from the University of Cebu College of Nursing conducted a community outreach program in Barangay Langub, Guadalupe City, Cebu. The students identified the community's biggest problem as improper garbage disposal. They offered solutions like separating waste and establishing a sanitary landfill. The students provided health services to residents like taking vital signs, urine testing, wound care, health education and games for children. The students thanked their coordinator, community for hosting, and driver for the outreach program.

It thanks two families that donated to drill the well, allowing students to focus on their studies instead of walking long distances to fetch water. The foundation's vision is to provide clean water, sanitation and reduce disease in impoverished Kenyan communities by drilling wells village by village.

They understood that everyone's individual littering contributes to the massive pollution problem, and small actions can make a positive difference for the environment. The author recommends more people have the opportunity to participate in similar educational cleanup projects.
