The nursing students conducted a health outreach program in Sindulan Mabolo, Cebu City for 50 children. They taught the children about hand washing, oral care, nail care and hygiene through action songs and stories. The students also took blood pressure readings from local mothers and provided wound care for children with open wounds. After the health lessons, the nursing students prepared and served pancit, puso and juice to the children.
