2. When You Memo Me
 The labels of the contents of the memo’s body:
 Theme
 Target audience or beneficiaries
 Type of project
 Benefits of the project
 Green aspect
 Why it is simple
 Why it is viable or profitable
 Why or how it is an original idea
 It should clearly show (don’t say it) a relationship
to your major course of study.

3. Information Technology Majors
 If you are going to be an IT major, your
project should be related to
o information and to
o technology.
 Remember the meaning of
"information" and of "technology" as
given during my lecture.

4. Business Majors
 For business majors, the project should be
related to business, so include these in your
memo:
 Product or service
 Target market
 Capital or investment
 Materials and/or equipment
 Profit

5. General Theme
 The project theme is about going green.
 This can mean:
 protecting the environment,
 conserving resources, or
 recycling resources
 Specify which one.

6. Target Audience
 The project is useful to a specific group of
receivers in your home province, in your
country of origin.
 Specify the target audience, receivers or
beneficiaries.
 Specify how this project is useful to
them, or how they will benefit from this
project.
