This document discusses 5 different Twitter accounts that were followed for a class. It summarizes each account, noting that the first was run by the professor and had some useful links. The second shared classroom resources and was professional. The third focused on using Twitter for education and shared personal interests. The fourth posted about their school and classes. The fifth was a teacher interested in technology who aimed to improve.

This was our classes twitter . It was ran by our professor Harold Blanco. For the most part I did not find many of the tweets to be of any interest or resourceful for me personally. There were some tweets though that had links to certain handy tools, a future teacher could use. One was about anti-bullying which I find to be very important.
2.@klhellerman
The second person I decided to follow was Katie Hellerman. Katie is a teacher to tries to coach new teacher. While I was following her I noticed she has a lot of random things. She did use her account to bring up a lot about her classroom. She posts and shares a lot of pictures of resources you can use in your classroom. All of her tweets might not have to do with school, but they all seem to be appropriate and professional.

The third person I followed is George Couros. George is an elementary school principal. He tweets a lot. While I was following him, I noticed he is really big on using twitter for educational purposes along with personal purposes. He is a dog lover and so am I so he gets brownie points in my book for that.
4.@shannoninottawa
The fourth person I chose to follow was Shannon Smith. Shannon is an Elementary school principal as well, but she is from Canada. She tweeted about a lot of different things and retweeted a lot. Most of her own tweets that weren’t conversation had to deal with her school. There were different pictures and videos from different classes and the school as a whole. Her bio makes me think she is a fun and energetic teacher
5. @stumpteacher
The fifth person I followed is Josh Stumpenhorst. He is a 6th grade teacher that focuses on Social Studies and Language Arts. He is from Chicago and is very interested in technology as a focus for teachers. Some of his tweets were about presentations he was going to have to make and different ideas about technology. I like in his bio where he says he is always trying to stay relevant and to be better.
