This document discusses different types of media and how they facilitate interaction. Facebook allows for a slow but continuous interactive relationship as people can share ideas on a subject and have time to think about responses. Twitter enables a very fast delivery of information and ideas as people can share thoughts immediately and globally, allowing people to consider different points of view. An effective approach is to use both Facebook and Twitter, beginning discussions on Facebook and continuing conversations on Twitter after more ideas emerge.
