• TST Superintendents regularly visits our management ships to conduct
inspection and “Onboard Education and Training” for all crew.
Superintendents use these Training Materials for education which consist
of recent incidents and issues from the fleet.

TRAINING DIVISION WEBSITE
• TST Training Division has its own website which is accessible anytime for all
crew. This website shows all Manage vessels’ ship particulars, 360 view tour,
and gallery. It also shows all TST Training Posters and other training
materials such as Opening/Closing of Hatch covers & SI onboard training.

STK MARITME TRAINING CENTER
• STK Maritime Training Center located in Manila Philippines, provides
excellence and quality training for all our crew. This training center offers
several IMO Courses and other courses related to Maritime industry. The
facility is well-equipped with Bridge simulator and Engine room simulator.

• TST Fleet group is conducting everyday meeting after noon using “Daily
Updates” , it will be presented in a big screen and discuss about the updates
for each ship. It consist of all Management Ships information , current
movement, cargoes, schedule, troubles & etc. and it is being updated everyday

• Every Friday or last day of the week, TST Fleet group is conducting meeting
regarding Trouble / Weekend Action. Its main purpose is to emphasize what
ships need to be prioritize and closely monitor during weekend due to Trouble
issues, Schedule of arrival or departure, urgent matters & etc.

TST SHIP MONITORING (MARINE TRAFFIC)
MARINE TRAFFIC
• Marine Traffic is an advance program which provides real time information
movements of ships and their current location. It also provides weather
forecast and other meteorological features. TST S.I. use this program for ship
monitoring of ship’s location and advance anticipation in case of bad weather.

• For weather monitoring of our management ships, we also utilize “WNI/Sea
and Port Forecast”. This program provides all weather forecast and port
forecast at any given time. This program also provides pdf file of storm and
port forecast in which we forward it to our management ships to keep them

• TST S.I. & other staffs are using “Microsoft Teams” as means of
communication within the fleet group. We use this program to report and
communicate with each other for constant monitoring of all ships so that all
TST S.I. and staffs are kept updated and aware all the times.
