commander in support of JCS-directed composite force and joint service operations. Maintains

Accomplishments Include:
• Deployed in support of Operations Inherent Resolve, Resolute Support, Freedom’s Sentinel,
Joint Task Force Horn of Africa and the Combined Defense of the Arabian Gulf.
• Tracked coalition air strikes in Iraq and Syria detailing impacts for 18 nations resulting in the
destruction of 4K buildings plus 149 vehicle-borne IEDs, and 9.5K ISIL enemies killed in
action.
• Forged data link execution of 41.6K sorties enabling 98 Troops in Contact requests and the
successful delivery of 18.1K weapons.
• Established sensor-to-shooter communications bridge enabling 191 kinetic requests from the
AOC, reducing kill-chain time and allowing the successful destruction of 74 targets.
• Planned two joint exercises. Managed 10 links for 50 units in support of Combined Defense
of the Arabian Gulf resulting in 50 simulated aircraft controlled and 165 simulated missiles
intercepted.
• Identified first Russian cruise missiles and bombers in the AOR. Tracked routes to targets in
Syria for future Intelligence reports. Validated deconfliction for 21K coalition aircraft.
Formal Training Unit (FTU) Instructor / Evaluator
Supervised and instructed in ACC's largest Programmed Flying Training Unit. Taught
employment of $330M E-3 AWACS. Led surveillance teams in detection, tracking, identification,
and reporting in the assigned training, exercise and theater AORs. Responsible for management
of E-3 active and passive sensor employment. Trained student Air Surveillance Officers during
initial and mission qualification training on E-3 surveillance team operations & management.
Accomplishments Include:
• Flew 59 combat training sorties in one year. Performed 504 total hrs of training and
evaluation in flight. Instructed and evaluated 53 Air Surveillance Officers (ASO) and 17
Instructors providing future success of ABM community.
• Performed as lead surveillance programmed flying training scheduler. Maximized training on
192 sorties totaling 1114 hrs in flight and accomplishing 1275 syllabus requirements.
• Awarded ASO Distinguished Graduate, 2x Officer Instructor of the Quarter, 2x ASO of the
Quarter, 1x ASO of the Year and 1x FTU Officer Instructor of the Year of 85 Instructors.
Chief, Command & Control Programming
Chief Programmer for USAF Command & Control portfolio. Supervised USAF team managing 108
programs valued at $6.5B per year. Liaised with Combatant Commanders, Air Force
Headquarters, Air Combat Command and AF-wide stakeholders to formulate strategic investment
decisions for the Commander of ACC. Prepared critical inputs to ACC Strategic Plan & Force
