Work Experience
Air Battle Manager / C2 Expert

communications, and surveillance equipment. Serves as the airborne mission and battle
commander in support of JCS-directed composite force and joint service operations. Maintains
combat mission-ready status for immediate worldwide deployment as E-3 Mission Crew
Commander.

• Deployed as E-3 aircrew to CENTCOM in support of Operations Northern Watch, Southern
Watch, Provide Comfort, Enduring Freedom and Counter-Drug operations in South America.
• Distinguished Graduate from ABM Undergraduate training. Initial Qualification Training
Outstanding Performer and accumulated 7x annual awards and 20x quarterly awards.
• Served 4 yrs as enlisted aircrew Airborne Radar Operator/Technician and over 16 years as
Air Battle Manager accumulating over 3200 hrs in flight, 929 combat and combat support hrs.
• Experience in several weapons systems and AORs including the E-3 Airborne Warning and
Control System (AWACS) at Tinker AFB, the Japanese Air Defense Ground Environment (JADGE)

integrating 2 deployable fighter squadrons in daily training for combat operations.
Joint Interface Control Officer
Managed data link for 5 areas within CENTCOM area of responsibility (AOR) validating operations
of 516 link connections and integrating 521 units from 28 countries. Led 15-member team of
professionals responsible for the largest AOR in the world (4.3 square nm). Responsible for bi-
weekly OPTASKLINK updates and IDL assignments for coalition partners including the French
Carrier Strike Group, German Tornados, the Danish, British and Turkish CRCs as well as other
AEW and fighter aircraft in the British, Turkish, French, Canadian and Australian Air Forces.
Accomplishments Include:
• Deployed in support of Operations Inherent Resolve, Resolute Support, Freedom’s Sentinel,
Joint Task Force Horn of Africa and the Combined Defense of the Arabian Gulf.
• Tracked coalition air strikes in Iraq and Syria detailing impacts for 18 nations resulting in the
destruction of 4K buildings plus 149 vehicle-borne IEDs, and 9.5K ISIL enemies killed in
action.
• Forged data link execution of 41.6K sorties enabling 98 Troops in Contact requests and the
successful delivery of 18.1K weapons.
• Established sensor-to-shooter communications bridge enabling 191 kinetic requests from the
AOC, reducing kill-chain time and allowing the successful destruction of 74 targets.
• Planned two joint exercises. Managed 10 links for 50 units in support of Combined Defense
of the Arabian Gulf resulting in 50 simulated aircraft controlled and 165 simulated missiles
intercepted.
• Identified first Russian cruise missiles and bombers in the AOR. Tracked routes to targets in
Syria for future Intelligence reports. Validated deconfliction for 21K coalition aircraft.
Formal Training Unit (FTU) Instructor / Evaluator
Supervised and instructed in ACC's largest Programmed Flying Training Unit. Taught
employment of $330M E-3 AWACS. Led surveillance teams in detection, tracking, identification,
and reporting in the assigned training, exercise and theater AORs. Responsible for management
