A tribe is a group of people connected through a shared interest and means of communication. The internet has enabled more tribes to form, including some that would not have been possible before. Leaders use passion and ideas, not organizational structure, to lead tribes. They create movements by publishing manifestos, enabling connections, tracking progress, and committing without requiring success first.
