•	 True leaders: Status earned from the respect of others;
•	 Engage others with their thoughfulness and humility;
•	 Engaged in what they are doing (no personal gain);
•	 Brings out the energy naturally (people);
•	 Enable other people to act heroically;
•	 Organization is an interacting network;
•	 Implementation = Formulation (organic);
•	 Rewards go to everyone

Globalization. Globalization certainly develops the “global”
corporations of the wealthy world. But
does it develop the poor countries of the
developing one? Or is this just another form
of outside exploitation? Is it, therefore,
time for indigenous development
of countries and leaders alike?
