People First of Peterborough Annual Conference Keynote Presentation May 27, 2...LiveWorkPlay
Keenan Wellar was the keynote presenter at this year's annual conference which drew 100 delegates from across Ontario. The presentation was focused on identifying motivations for LiveWorkPlay to support the development of a People First chapter in Ottawa. The main reason is a belief in the importance of people with intellectual disabilities as self-advocates and their right to self-determination and full citizenship.

Welcome to the Program Your Destiny course. In this course, we will be learning the technology of personal transformation, neuroassociative conditioning (NAC) as pioneered by Tony Robbins. NAC is used to deprogram negative neuroassociations that are causing approach avoidance and instead reprogram yourself with positive neuroassociations that lead to being approach automatic. In doing so, you change your destiny, moving towards unlocking the hypersocial self within, the true self free from fear and operating from a place of personal power and love.

MY JOURNEY – AND HEARTBREAK
3.
4. THE THREE TEAL BREAKTHROUGHS
Self-management
• SELF MANAGEMENT
Based on self-authored accountabilities, peer relationships,
without the need for hierarchy, consensus, or coercion
• WHOLENESS
Bring all of who we are to work, not just the narrow
“professional” self E
• EVOLUTIONARY PURPOSE
Organizations have a life and own sense of direction
5. WHAT IS A DELIBERATELY DEVELOPMENTAL ORGANISATION?
In most organizations nearly everyone is doing a
second job no one is paying them for:
• covering their weaknesses
• trying to look their best….
Weave development into the fabric of working life
and organisations will prosper by aligning with
people’s prime motivation, which is to GROW
