Once the editing window is open, place the mouse cursor on the place where the Ppt will be published. Click on the Insert/Edit file icon in the editor menu (sixth place from right to left). The File properties window will open: begin typing the loaded Ppt name in the File name field. It won't be necessary to remember the full name: the program will fill in the Automatic search results field, located just below. Click on OK and as soon as the Image Proprieties window closes, save the changes to the page. To load a Power Point presentation (Ppt) to the Media Center, take the same steps as when loading an image and other files. Then, proceed in the following manner: Tip: If, in addition to loading the ppt, you want it to be visible, change it into a SlideShare and embed it as a video.

2. Convert a Ppt. into a SlideShare O SlideShare is a site that follows the same philosophy as YouTube, but with one difference; you can share your Power Point presentations on it instead of video. To use this system, you first need to convert a Ppt into a SlideShare. To do this, proceed with the following steps: First, you should create an account on SlideShare. When entering SlideShare, go to "Sign up for a new account", create a "Username" and input your "Email Address" and a "Password" , repeat it again. Click on "Join Now". Next, you will be asked for some more information such as: gender, country, city, state. Confirm the code that is prompted in "Enter the text you see in the image". Then select "I agree with Slideshare's Terms & Conditions & Privacy Policy" . Click on "Sign up" . Then the next page will appear with the "Find your friends" option. If you don't want to do this, skip the option by clicking on "Skip this".

3. That's it! Now you can start uploading a ppt to change it in Slideshare. To do this: Click on "Browse and select files". Next, your computer's explorer will open, where you should select the document that you want to upload. Wait for the processing After completing uploading the ppt, the following options will be prompted: Choose settings for all presentations : Privacy: Everyone/only me/ All my contacts. Attention : This step is important in order for your SlideShare to have a code for embedding it into a page, you should select the option: Everyone , otherwise the system won't give you any code. Choose the language in "Language" Next, pass the "Ppt File Name.' Enter details and publish" Input the title in "Title" and its categories in "tags" Choose a category in "Category"

4. Click on "Publish All" . The following message will be prompted' Your slideshow 'Commercial Innovation Presentation' is being converted and will be published shortly. You can see its current status here" . Click on "here" and, Wait for the process again (it will take a few minutes depending on the file size). After completing uploading the SlideShare, you will see that on the right side of the presentation the " Embed" code will be prompted; this is the code that we will use for the next step. Tip: After your presentation is ready on SlideShare you will be able to share it with your contacts on social networks like Facebook, Orkut or MySpace. To do this, just click on the "embed" button located just below the presentation. A window with several options will open; select the network that you belong to and you're done!

5. Embed a SlideShare Once the process of passing a ppt to SlideShare has been completed, you should follow the following steps: Open the entry where the SlideShare will be published. 6. How to embed a video Before uploading a video to the Media Center, make sure that it has a code for embedding videos. After you have completed this first step you should: Click on the Edit button on the upper margin menu Once the editing window is open, place the mouse cursor on the place where the SlideShare will be published. Copy the slideshare embed code in &quot;Special tag parameters&quot; and click ok. The code <html> will be prompted, where, after the page has been saved, the SlideShare will be prompted on the screen. Tip: While the text is being edited, the html code will be prompted in the following way:< html >, so you will be able to place it in any location of the text (above or below the abstract created to introduce the video).
