This document outlines the objectives, activities, and success indicators of a teacher induction program and school-based learning action cell session. The session aims to: 1) orient new teachers on different department policies and procedures; 2) update teachers' content knowledge and pedagogical approaches; and 3) strengthen teachers' skills in areas like classroom management, assessment strategies, integrating technology, and developing higher-order thinking. The principal, master teachers, and teachers will participate in discussions, workshops, and feedback sessions to enhance their understanding of topics covered. Presentations will also be made to report on accomplishments of different areas. The overall goal is to improve instruction and support new and existing teachers.
