We had our Homeroom of the PTA election and meeting in Grade 5 class and was held on
September 9, 2022 in our classroomat Salvador Elementary School. It began at 8 am and was
presided over by the Adviser of grade 5, ERIKA JANE N. PATNON.

-Teacher and Parents, are all present and the meeting was adjourned and everyone agreed to
be responsible.

-A motion to approve the minutes of the previous meeting dated September 9, 2022 was made
by the staff/faculty members and seconded by the Principal of the School.
