Train to Enable
As a trainer, my goal is to help participants gain new
skills, learn new knowledge and experience their own
abilities to grow.
As much as I will lead the training, my task remains to
give the limelight to the participants in order to offer
them the opportunities they are looking for to learn,
grow, change and experience.
I feel that it is a great experience to learn from
everything the participants are willing to share. This
enables me to thrive to become better every time.
As a result I want participants to feel their autonomy and
grow their power over themselves. This is where freedom
lies.
