trapca is a training center that provides capacity building in trade policy and trade facilitation. It has trained over 4,700 participants since 2006. Its training includes certificates courses, specialized courses, post-graduate diplomas and an MSc in international trade policy and law. It also holds executive courses, an annual conference and research forums. Funding is needed to expand training on the Trade Facilitation Agreement (TFA) for target groups like government agencies, private sector managers, and national trade facilitation committee members from African countries. Additional funding would allow trapca to provide more executive courses, short courses, and its certificate in trade facilitation (CITF) program.
