The former Director-General of the Caribbean Regional Negotiating Machinery (CRNM), Ambassador Henry S. Gill, passed away on February 14th in Trinidad and Tobago after a long illness. As the Senior Director of CRNM, Ambassador Gill played a pivotal role in negotiating the CARIFORUM-EU Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA). The Director-General of the CARIFORUM Directorate called Ambassador Gill a "key architect" of the EPA and said his legacy will be defined by this agreement. Ambassador Gill worked tirelessly and with great skill and diplomacy to bring the EPA to fruition on schedule before resigning from CRNM in 2009.Condolences for Former CRNM DG Ambassador Henry S Gill
