in Pilot Project = visiting 4 RMG factories
• Revise essential technical OSH/IR issues
- Hazards: Temperature, Ventilation, Noise
& Light
- Manual load handdling
- Chemicals, Machines, Fire, Electrical

Training Risk Evaluation: Pilot Project
• Visit to 4 RMG Factories: 3 days
• Days 1 & 2: TAT and Participants
• Day 3: Participants splitt in 2 teams (6/6)
- Meeting with Employers/Workers in charge of
OSH
- Visit and evaluate all relevant RMG work/places
- Reports based on: measurements, chek-lists,
Risk evaluation methodologies, Work-place analysis

• After Evaluations participants splitt in 4 teams (3
members)
• 1 Team Leader, 2 Officials, 1 TAT Coucher
• Each Team will coordinate/adjust results of the
Evaluation/check-lists
- Team Leader will elaborate Final Report &
Propossal for Corrective Action Plan (CAP)
- CAP Discussed with Enterprises/Workers
- TAT Hot Line & Coaching Each Team
- Follow up: up to 3 meetings with
Enterprise/workers representatives to follow up
progress

• Factory appoints workers in charge of OHS (N.)
