Major Accomplishments
• Successfully achieved increase in Secondary Packing output of 29.8% in first year and 4.92% in the next
year; the average monthly output increased from 80.2 Million Pieces in 2011-12 to 104.05 Million Pieces
in 2012-13 and 109.17 Million Pieces in 2013-14.
• Effectively reduced packing waste from 0.71% in 2011-12 to 0.62% in 2013-14 and 0.50% in 2013-14;
the after packing defects reduced from 376 ppm in 2012-13 to 285 ppm in 2013-14.
• Meticulously planned and executed bulk export orders of 658 MPCs to Brazil, Nepal and Ethiopia.

stabilized wrapper-250 machine at the factory for overwrapping of packed wallets.

condom pushing out mechanism in SS machines for packing of uneven/oval shape condoms.
• Proactively developed a customer feedback cell for all HLL Products and developed strategies to collect

2. • Actively participated in a project on non destructive sample testing of condoms by Pin Hole detection
method using Optical means and the project is still under implementation.
• Integrated Auto feeders with manual Single Rectangular Condom Packing Machines and installed third
dip work in Okomoto Condom Molding Machine.
• Participated and stabilized secondary packing contract bill software program developed in the
organization and actively involved in the development and also validated the system
