- Review sales forecast plan 3Q of each year to arrange the
required resource to achieve the annual target (line
development, new investments, man power utilization, UPH
Improve,….ect).
- Production Dashboard Monthly Data I/P _forecasting M+3.
- Production Dashboard Weekly Data I/P _forecasting W+13.
(Review sales plan Vs production Capa _ Production Qty, Normal Working Days, Over Time and
Manpower).
• Planning and Material Control.
- Review material availability W+4 to confirm monthly plan status
and follow up risk items.
