Noyon Lanka’s Health Program is an integral part of the Noyon’s
Safety and Health Management System. The objective is to
optimize employee health and well-being (and therefore
productivity) in line with business objectives.

Risk assessments will determine the operational controls and
procedures that must be in place to ensure work activities are
performed safely, worker health is protected, and regulatory
compliance is maintained.

10. Emergency response and communication
It is Noyon Lanka’s policy to implement safety systems with the goal
of preventing all incidents; however, the company and workers
must be prepared for potential emergencies.
Performance Assessmentand Measurement
It is essential to assess performance to evaluate progress against
the requirements, targets, and objectives, and to establish plans for
continuous improvement.
To properly assess needs:
•Conduct a systematic review of the corporate guidelines, standards,
systems and processes to verify the current standards and controls in place.
•Conduct audits and assessments at determined frequencies to measure
the level of compliance and progress to the standards, and assist in the
correction and prevention of any systemic issues.
•Review performance and accountability processes to indicate progress or
deviations for early corrections.

12. Findings
•Within last year hazard percentage was zero
•3 breaks at night shifts to reduce stress
•Factory have medical rooms and all other sanitary facilities
•Nurse in factory for 24 hour service
•Safety equipments are provided for all employees
•Ice caps, Gloves and jerseys are provided according to weather
condition
•Working hours delegate as 7am to 7pm for 3 days and 7pm to 7am
for another 3 days. Then 3days rest.
•Councilor visits to factory once a month
Recommendations
•Should provide rest day after first 3 days and reduce that day from 3
days rest
•Councilor should visit at least once a week.
