This document discusses introverts and their use of art as a form of expression. It notes that introverts prefer to keep their thoughts and emotions private rather than sharing them openly.  A term that was first introduced by the psychologist Carl Jung
 This is used to describe a person who feels better to contain
their personal thoughts and emotions to themselves and would
rather not have anyone or nobody at all to know.
 The opposite to this is known as extrovert so they have a low
ability to keep themselves entertained so they seek external
sources of entertainment. Due to this they are usually referred
to as being outgoing and very sociable, which is shows that
their interests are directed outwardly contradicting the
introverts who focus inwardly
 Introvert people therefore tend tend to be preoccupied with
their own thoughts and feelings, meaning that they then
minimise their contact with people.

 Social Anxiety is a disorder in which a person has excessive or
unreasonable amount of fear in many if not all social situations.
 The Anxiety and the self consciousness is suspected to be a source from the
great feelings of being closely watched, judged, and more importantly
criticised by their peers.
 For many introverts they tend to be on their own as they feel more
comfortable this way, and they feel they are relaxed and who they truly are
when by themselves. Meaning that don’t like the feeling they gain from
social interactions of any type.
 As they feel like this for long periods of time this can mean that they will
do anything to avoid feeling like this, so when it does come to a social
interaction again they are unused to the feeling that they used to get so
then go back to being alone. The uncomfortable feeling that has increased
indicates that they have developed social anxiety
 Overall they question if they really want to go to any type of social
intervention and will go out of their way to miss them at any cost because
they hate the feeling that they receive.

 Art and creation of it can be known as a very therapeutic
and a great way for an outlet of emotion.
 For many people whatever they do creatively is like
opening up a book and how they feel and just letting out
all their emotions that don’t feel like they can easily tell
other people this particularly relates to our main character
in our production.
 It helps people relate to others how they feel and to what
degree or intensity they fell those emotions. It also allows
people to express praise, to ask for help, and …to display
discomfort.

 Art for introverts is their way of expression to others as they cannot find
the confidence to be outspoken about how they feel. Instead of this they
begin to show people.
 However many have said that although they do not always feel totally
comfortable with even showing people it is still a tremendous outlet of the
emotions that they have kept to themselves.
 Few even argue that it helps them to relate with others on how they may
feel from hearing their reactions to their pieces of art they have drawn.
 Finally some claim that it makes others feel almost as good as they do not
only because they get to enjoy looking at the art but also because they feel
like they can look at it and retrieve certain emotions and see certain things
differently. Others also appreciate this as they feel like the artist is trusting
them enough to open up to them through showing them their creation
