 Sailors must:
   Be on active duty for the entire length of the

   Attend an institution accredited and recognized
    by the Department of Education.
   Provide grades for TA funded courses.

    grade of “F” (failure).
   Agree to remain on active duty for at least two
    years upon completion of courses funded by TA
    (officer only).
   Must be counseled by Navy College Office staff.
