Describe in a few sentences each stakeholder’s involvement on the project. The purpose of this section is to provide the reviewer with a quick summery of all identified stakeholders and their involvement. Make sure to include everyone indicated from the scenario.
Jim Young currently serves as a department supervisor for two business units. Prior to this role, he worked as an electrical engineer for the company. He has worked on many of the development projects as a team leader and helped to innovate some of the company’s existing devices. Though Jim has worked on project teams and supervised functional departments, he has never acted as the project manager before. He knows there are a lot of moving parts in managing a project. Jerry Lawson has an MS in computer science and several IT certifications as well as 6 years with the company. He will serve as the IT Tech for the project. Sara Jenkins has a lot of procurement and acquisition experience, but also has an engineering background. She earned an MBA and a BS in electrical engineering and has been with the company 4 years. Sara will handle all acquisitions for the project. Melissa Grant has done business analysis, quality assurance, and risk management, but also has an engineering background. She has an MSM in project management and a BS in electrical engineering as well as 6 years with the company. Melissa will handle the risk management part of the project. Mike Green, a technician who previously worked in the public relations and marketing department has done a lot of hands-on electrical work and testing. He earned a MBA in marketing and two undergraduate degrees in electrical engineering and IT management. He also has been with the company for 5 years. Mike will handle the marketing for the project.

1.Project Charter Purpose
Expand product manufacturing in Kenya and the East African
Region
2.Project Executive Summary
TopGear Corporation has a 3 year plan to expand its motor
vehicles manufacturing operations in Kenya and the East
African region. The project is aimed to increase operations and
capture the growing middle class market that has exhibited
higher demands for motor vehicle. There is insufficient
historical data to rely on to assess the progress of the project
making it difficult to improve on project management. The
money has been overstated to cover for the expected risks and
delays and any other unforeseeable event. This also lowers
significant confidence levels in the management of money to be
spent on the project. Many of the risks involved are beyond the
management of the project itself as they are due to prior state
plans and visits that will be made to the country, Notable being
the visit by the US president, Barrack Obama. It is, however,
expected that the project will experience slight delays than it
ideally should.
3.Project Overview
Our manufacturing plants in Kenya do not satisfy the growing
demand for our goods in this fast growing economy experienced
