This document is a questionnaire to guide 14-year old students in their choice of higher secondary school or career path. It contains 10 questions to help students reflect on their academic strengths and interests, how much time they want to dedicate to studying, the type of school environment that suits them best, and their post-secondary and career aspirations. The questionnaire is intended to stimulate discussion between students and their families to facilitate the important decision around their educational future.
