The strategic partnership we implemented addressed three main
topics.
Teaching STEM ( Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths) by
analysing concrete problems and current challenges, such as
energetic efficiency in public buildings, climate change, radioactivity.
Developing antrepreneurship skills, even in secondary schools,
as many students are interested in choosing a profession after
graduation.
Using ITC to achieve methodological innovation.

-Implementing innovative practices in education and using open
educational resources and new technologies;
- Reinforcing the centrality of the student as part of a training process,
boost motivation to learn, the ability to build its own learning&training
path, the sense of responsibility with respect to the future path;
-Enhancing professional development of teachers involved in the
process of education;

The strategic partnership we implemented addressed three main

The objectives of the project:
- Declining the STEM teaching disciplines on concrete issues;
- Stimulating interest in students towards a knowledge proposed by
experimenting, with forms of learning on the job in real situations;
- Developing skills of self-orientation and train students to have
confidence in themselves, demonstrate initiative, flexibility and mental
agility, willingness to change;
- Acquiring skills in the use of software for the control and calculation of
energy losses, data processing, spreadsheets and presentations;
- Raising awareness of students and staff of the school to adopt a
different behavior that will lead to a more rational use of energy;
- Developing a collaborative learning, utilizing the expertise and
knowledge of others (classmates, teachers and professionals).

The quality of the project's activities will be
monitored in every phase of the project, with
formal evaluation at the end of every activity and
all other necessary situations.
As a result of monitoring and evaluating the
quality of the project's activities there will be at
least 5 preliminary reports that will allow the
management to take specific actions in order to
enhance the quality of the activities and of the
project and one final report that will serve as a
guide for future projects.

For monitoring and evaluation of the quality of the
project's results there will be three main sources of
information:
- progress reports from the partner and specific team
involved in developing a particular output of the project
and individual report of each staff involved in the process;
- assessment of quality by the experts
- assessment of quality by the beneficiaries –
- comparative reports that will enhance the objectivity of
the evaluation.
