Successful leaders like Aske and Kett were able to unite different factions and command large numbers of troops. 3) Poorly organized rebellions lacked clear leadership, sufficient funding, and secrecy. Well organized rebellions like Aske's in 1536 recruited large armies across regions and established clear command structures.
