  1. As I meet with Executives and HR teams their biggest concern is how to attract, and retain their people. Todays workforce is different, and organization are having to shift heir mindset to focus on people. They are competing for talent just like they are competing for customers. They are recognizing the need to focus on creating a Workplace Experience that people want to be a part of.
  2. About 10 years ago Google ’s self struggling with retention and specifically with women. That is when they decided to take a different approach. They changed their HR team in to a People analytics team and focused on using feedback or human data to solve their problems. In short they gathered extensive feedback which taught them what the problem was, They gained a deep understanding. Once they had that they took intentional action to address the problem and they cut the churn rate by 50% saving millions of dollars. So how can you use Human Data to make the right decisions within your company.
