parents and students confusion following last year s debacle, where over 25 female students

The fact that the city is state of the art and high tech does not help Anderton in his escape. Every
step he takes is monitored, and eyes record movement. In one scene, Anderton gets on board a
train, and looks up to a machine (an eye dent scanner), which scans his eyes and identifies him.
This is when he realises that he will not be safe in his own city. He decides to take drastic action he
decides that he will go and get his eyes changed.
Sight is a main theme for the film. Anderton cannot escape the Precrime unit with his own eyes,

relentless and seek heat. So, Anderton tries to lower his body temperature by filling a bathtub with

often kept naked. Grosser indignities were to follow, with Gertrude continuing to authorize Sylvia s
torture carried out by the neighborhood children.
A few days before her death, Gertrude decided that Sylvia deserved to be branded after she branded

from parents over their children. In the course of this happening, parents ceded many of their

Parental Right Amendment was proposed in the Congress as House Joint Resolution 42 on March
31, 2009. The lead sponsor was Rep. Pete Hoekstra. The amendment contained five sections. First,
the liberty of parents to direct the upbringing, education, and care of their children is a fundamental
right. Second, the parental right to direct education includes the right to choose public, private,
religious, or home schools, and the right to make reasonable choices within public schools for one s
child. Third, neither the United States nor any state government shall infringe these rights without
