don t pay attention to where I m at. The CDT forces me to be ever present, I can t

I looked at the canoe and saw that there is rather small crack and a little duck tape
should solve the problem. I reach into my duffle bag and find a roll of duck tape and
towel and begin to tape the canoe. I laid tape in all directions on both sides in

Once the fire got hot and the walleye was cleaned I placed the walleye in a tinfoil
bowl with lemon juice and garlic. After letting it cook for a few minutes I took it
out to taste it. It was some of the best fish I have ever tasted and can not wait to catch
more.
After dinner did the dishes and sat by the campfire. I heard owls in the distance and
even the howl of a wolf. I am thankful that I got an opportunity to come here and

cozy sleeping bag and fell asleep. I woke up to a woodpecker pecking a hole into a
near by tree. My body was stiff from hauling wood the night before. I unzipped the
tent and felt the warm morning sun on my face. I walked to the fire pit and started a

Compared to the way Athenian women were presented in Lysistrata, Aristophanes
sticks to the now known facts of their lifestyle fairly closely. In the play s opening,
Lysistrata, our female protagonist, calls women from not only her home of Athens,
but as we all the Spartan enemy and other places to meet in and is upset at their
untimely arrival. Her neighbor Calonice appears and reassures her they will come
eventually, but they are simply delayed due to having to care for their husbands,
household, and children. In contrast, Spartan women were educated, participated

women finally arrive, Lysistrata inquires how many of their husbands are gone

Dr. Martin Luther King once claimed, No one is free until we are all free. This idea
sounds very simple, but it lays a profound message to many different events and
issues that are happening around us, including big challenges of the world such as
racial and ethnic discrimination. However, there is a sub issue of those challenges that
we rarely think of it as discrimination: girls education. By investing in a good
education for girls all over the world teaching them how to empower themselves we
are eliminating discrimination and empowering the world.
A report from The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization
(UNESCO) in October 2013 shows appalling statistics about women around the
world. There are 1.8 billion young people in the world; approximately half of them
900 million are adolescent girls and young women, but 62 million girls are not in
school. As a result, they lack the basic skills for work; two thirds of the 774 million
illiterate people in the world are female (Education). This fact will have lifelong
effects. Girls will face limited opportunities and choices in the job market. Their
knowledge of personal health is inadequate and they will be subjected to serious
health risks. They don t know about their basic rights, so their views and concerns are
often unheard. These three effects are enough to substantiate that girls are
discriminated against.

Drive with headlights on at all times. Drive at speeds that fit the weather, traffic, road
and vehicle. Don t drive when conditions are hazardous, except for an emergency.
