The document contains numerous observations and corrections needed for a construction project called MPH BALUGAON. Key issues include: improper materials used like unapproved reinforcement and synthetic enamel paint instead of epoxy; welding not matching approved drawings; single coat plaster on external walls instead of proper finishing; structural elements like columns and staircases not matching drawings; and various other construction elements missing or not built to specifications like slab soffits, duct walls, and compound wall foundations and reinforcement. Proper remedial work and rebuilding is needed to address all the non-compliances.
2. • Painting shall be done after applying of primer in truss material.
• And before primer all rust and loose materials shall be removed
by sanding paper.
3. • Epoxy paint shall be used in truss member
instead of synthetic enamel paint.
4. • Welding methodology does not match with
approved drawing. Butt welding has been
observed in splice joint area.
5. • Welding length and throat thickness shall be proper.
• As per drawing welding length shall be 6mm and
throat thickness shall be 4.2mm.
6. • Single coat plaster has been
observed in external wall surfaces
7. • Marked area does not match with 3D view and
drawing. As per drawing column shall be reduced at
water tank level.
8. • Slab at beam soffit has been missed at GRC jali area. External
beam width is 250mm and GRC jali position at 300 mm from duct
face. So GRC jali shall not be fixed in proper position.
9. • As per revised drawing front wall shall be
missed at marked area.
26. Proper ring set shall be provided in column at
gutter level.
27. Eccentric foundation has been observed in compound wall.
As per IS 456-2000, clause no. 11.1 says that eccentricity of
the footing shall be 0.02 times the width of the footing in
the direction of deviation,
but not more than
5Omm.
