3. Stone Laying Ceremony
● Stone laying ceremony should be carried out by
Greentech site in-charge and Project co-
ordinator.
● Stone laying pit 1.2x1.2x1(H) must be in South
West corner inside the room.
● Things to be ready for stone laying ceremony,
● Shamiyana
● 3+1 lacterate stone (Well shaped and good In quality)
● Half bag cement
● 3 cft M sand
● 1 steel water pot

4. Before Construction of a villa
● The type of Foundation to be decided
● Building plan,building permit and detailed
drawings must be checked and clear the errors in
drawings before starting the work.
● Finalise the contractor and sign the agreement
with the concerned contractor / Assign
Greentech labours.

5. Set Out
● The building plan and permit have to be checked
by the site in-charge, mark the foundation were
excavation to be carried out.
● Bench marks must be done after set out in all
corners and axis.

loose upto minimum of 75 cm
and maximum of 3 m.

● Rubble Foundation
○ Carried out were the soil is
hard,
○ Depth of minimum
40 cm and maximum 75 cm
must be there.

10. Basement R.C.C Belt / Damp Proofing Course ( DPC)
● Set out must be done carefully with
checking right angles room
measurement and all partitions.
● 15 Cm thickness (Ht) would
maintain and damp proofing liquid
should mix in the concrete mixture
while pouring it.

11. Earth Consolidation
● After RCC belt red earth can be filled upto
bottom level of RCC belt.
● The red earth which is used to fill in the
basement must be free from all vegetations.
● The filled earth must be compacted by
pouring water and consolidate properly
without any voids in earth.
● After consolidation 2 days settling time must
be given.
● Quarry dust must be laid above the
consolidated earth up to height of 10 cm.

12. Super Structure
● Brick work
○Set out must be done carefully with checking
right angles of room measurement and all
partitions.
○Door openings must be done at the time of first
layer brick work.
○One layer brick must be done carefully and
check all the measurements, wall partition,
right angels before the execution takepart.
○Racking in brick work must be done properly in
inside and outside.

13. ● Brick work
○ At the time of sill level the Engineer should
mark the position of windows and site in-charge
must checked it done.
○ Every layer of bricks must be laid in straight line
and level take the plumb from the bottom layer
of every bricks.
○ Lintel level must be done as per the instruction
in drawings and top layer must be levelled by
using concrete for any undulations.
○ Every vertical and horizontal masonry joints of

14. ● Lintel & lintel above brick work
○ Lintel and sunshade must be done as per the
instruction in drawings.
○ Brick work upto roof level must be done as per
the drawing ,Sunken slab level of toilets and
open terrace must be checked before completing
brick work up to roof level.
○ Roof level must be done as per the drawings and
top layer must be levelled by using concrete for
any undulations.

15. ● Roof Slab
○ Shuttering work and steel work should be done
as per the design given.
○ Check and complete all the things included in the
Concrete Pour card.
○ Concrete can be placed only after the approval of
Site incharge and Tech support team.
○ Admixture must be used for slope roof concrete.
○ Vibrating must be done in every concrete where
placed.

16. Electrical Conduits
● Mark Switch box and electrical
points and its level as per drawing.
● Wall cutting , box fixing and
conduit laying must done as per the
design
● Ensure every points including
interior, CCTV,etc,...must be done
before plastering starts

17. Floor P.C.C
● Earth must tammered properly using water and
termite treatment.
● Level the surface by using water level or Dumpy
level and give bull mark on each corner and
centre of the rooms.
● Mix proportion of PCC is 1:4:8 using 20mm or
40mm aggregate,rammed well after placing
concrete.
● Curing must be done carefully 3 times in a day
and 7 consecutive days

18. Plastering
● Roof ceiling must be hacking with the help of
chisel.
● Bull mark must be fixed 4 corners and centre of
rooms.
● For wall plastering,Right angle must be checked
for every room.
● Two or more conduits must be filled with mortar
and fiber mesh fix on it.
● Fixing door frame and windows as per Bull
marks.
● Doors and windows must be fixed with enough
clamps

19. Inside and Outside Plumbing Work
● In toilet plumbing work ,mark the plumbing
line, commode area and wash basin area.
● In Kitchen plumbing work mark the sink
position,chimmini position, washing
machine,work area sink position and ensure
the drawing is correct and latest update had
done in the plumbing drawings.

20. Putty and Primer Work
● Apply two coat putty and ensure that the putty
is well leveled,sufficient tube light must be
given to those putty workers.
● Ensure no undulations or porosity is there.
● Primer coat must be done on the second coat
putty finished.
● First coat emulsion must be done only after all
the correction in the wall had done.

21. ● Windows and door frame must be apply N C
putty using Spray machine and ensure smooth
finish for painting.
● Texture work should be done only after all
patch works done outside and it should be
leveled ,water proofed and self curing
compound had done.

22. Electrical Wire Pulling
● Wire pulling must be done as per
drawings.
● Ensure the wire layed asper the
capacity of electrical loads
● Colour code for wire must be done
for every points.
● Wire should be kept closed and safe
after wire pulling.

23. Water Proofing Work
● Water proofing must done in the toilet sunken
slab and open terrace area.
● The sunken slab must be chipped well and clean
all waste materials until get the bare concrete
● For waterproofing Brushbond must be done
vertically and horizontally ( 2 coat).
● In toilet walls waterproofing must be done upto
90 Cm height in all walls from floor level
● Day after waterproofing pour water into it and
ensure there's no leakage.

24. Tile work
● The level. must be checked from main door
frame and this level make sure to all area of
rooms.
● The tile work start from toilet.
● The tile height of toilet tiling is 2.40 M or else
you should get a written request from
Greentech office
● Mark dry and wet area of the toilet.
● Verticality of wall tile must be check with
plumb bob.
● Bottom tile of wall in toilet must be fixed
after floor tile laid.

25. ● Toilet tile must be done by as per drawings
● Floor tile must be done by as per drawings
● To check the toilet wall top adhesive will be
properly clear from the top of the tile.
● Curing must be done 4 days on the tile work.
● Pointing will done accordingly

26. Sanitary and Electrical Fittings
● After toilet pointing work the sanitary
wares fit all toilets.
● Inside and Outside light fittings as per
drawing.

27. Landscaping
● The landscaping work should be done as per
drawing
● Outside plumbing line must connected to the
main line
● KWA connection must be done and it will be
connected to the sump tank (Storagetank)
● Main cable line connected to the DB
● Before landscaping all ground work fittings must
be completed (Electrical,plumbing etc...)
● The earth will prepare to landscaping as per the
drawing.

28. Final Coat Painting
● Second coat painting must be done the last
stage of building.
● Final coat of Windows and door frames and
it's shutters must be painted at this time.
