3. REPAIR THE CRACK

4.  The reason of the cracking is not because of
settlement, the suitable method we chosen
is by using the
- Sikaflex construction-J combine with
Sikalastic 560 complete with 150 mm wide
fiber matt at the jointing area
- Sikalastic 560 complete with 150 mm wide
fiber matt at the cracking area on wall.

5. • Clean any debris at the
crack area. Use suitable
tools like scrapper, brush.
• And wipe off the dust with
a damp rag

6. • Make sure the wall is dry.
• Prepare the Sikalastic according to the direction
• Apply the Sikalastic 560 to the crack area.

7. • Place the fiber mat at the wet layer

8. • Directly apply a 2nd layer of Sikalastic over the
fiber mat.
• Lastly, painting the wall by the right procedure
of painting.

9. REPAINTING INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL
AREA

10.  The best method for esthetic value, need to
repainting.
 Use the high quality painting and right
direction of painting procedure. Therefore it
it will be expensive, because it give value to
the money. It means it can stand for long
term span.

11. • Provide the surface. Clean any debris, old painting, and
any foreign matter using water jet or scrapper.
• Water jet suitable use for external only because the water
that used can flow out to drain
• For internal, scraper is suitable to use

12. • Let the surface is dry.
• Apply one layer of sealer

13. • Let the surface is dry.
• Apply the two layer (emulsion / ICI
maxilite or others)

14. • Clean any dirty from the painting works.
Use the suitable material like thinner.

15. REPAIR THE SEWAGE PIPE

16.  Because the corrosion is critical, the best
method is replace new. Cut the broken area
and connect with the new cast iron pipe. It
may costly but it is the suitable method.

17. • Close the
connection pipe.
• Because of the pipe
in wall, the brick
wall needs to be
demolished first.

18. • Next, identify a leak and a badly corroded.
• Measure the pipe that needs to cut.
• Cut the pipe using the suitable tools

19. • Next, put the rubber clip after apply the
sealant to the all the pipe to make sure
the pipe is not leak.

20. • Next, replace the new cast
iron pipe.
• Use the suitable
connection to connect the
new pipe and existing
pipe (at cut area)

21. • Test the pipe. If not leaking anymore, the
brick wall and plaster needs to be built to like
original design.
• After that, painting the wall.
