He discussed the concept of quality improvement, emphasizing its applicability to various aspects of life, including personal, project, and program improvements. He defined quality as doing the right thing at the right time in the right way to achieve the best possible results and discussed the concept of the "gap" between what we know and what we do, and how this gap represents the areas we need to improve. He explained the scientific approach to quality improvement, which involves systematic performance analysis, testing and learning, and implementing change ideas. He also highlighted the importance of client focus and a team approach to quality improvement.

NUESTRA SEÑORA DE LA SABIDURÍA SCHOOL
The school was founded on August 6, 1905 by three daughters of Wisdom: Elizabeth of Santa
Ana, Bernabé de la Cruz and Maria Clementine, from France, who founded the educational
center in the hamlet called then Gramalote, today Villavicencio.
They took many risks, assumed leadership in all areas of society, contributing to the advent of
progress and development for this region.
The sisters through these 112 years have helped the formation of women and men leaders
committed to social change and the construction of the work of GOD, assuming education as an
effective means to evangelize the person through a pedagogy of values and a curriculum that
humanizes and personalizes, integrating science, faith and life.

first one is located in the center of Villavicencio, calle 40 No 31-42, where the secondary one
operates, and the second one is located at 33B No 40-77 B Barzal, where the primary school
