Reusable plastic pallets made out of recycled post-consumer plastics not only solve several environmental problems but also bring significant economic benefits to supply chains under pressure. Discover why CABKA is the global leader in pallets made from recycled plastics and how we convert post-consumer plastic packaging waste into new generations of reusable plastic pallet systems.
This presentation will explain how the combination of a conductive primer, plasma treatment, and UV-curable powder coatings is a viable way to finish lightweight materials without causing thermal damage or deformation. It will describe plasma treating, operating conditions, and surface condition measurements before and after plasma treating. The second half of the presentation will describe adhesion results of UV-cured powder coating with and without plasma treating on various plastics and composites. It will conclude with an evaluation of suitable substrates for plasma treating, UV-cured powder coating, and UV-cured powder coating performance results specifically for the aerospace industry.
Constellium - The life-cycle of aluminiumConstellium
Aluminium is valuable at every stage of its life-cycle and can be endlessly recycled without loss of properties. “Going full circle – The life-cycle of aluminium” is the title of the new publication where Constellium presents three essentials to make infinite recycling a reality.
Constellium believes that players, within and outside the aluminium industry, through better collaboration can foster good practices to ensure the highest possible value is delivered at every step of the value chain.

Design of ‘plastic injection mold’ for an ‘air vent bezel’ through flow analy...eSAT Journals
Abstract Designer's of plastic injection Molds need to study from this point of view, the type of Mold to be designed, the physical Mold orientation, the dimensions for each of the element in the Mold, the location of the gate, runner, requirement of insert, draft angle requirement, shrinkage factor, location of cooling channels. Design can also be simplified by using standardized parts of the mold such as ejector pins. By eliminating the obstruction to smooth flow of plastic a good of quality component can be achieved. The effort of this thesis work is to find out the nuances in the Plastic Injection Mold Design while borrowing the inputs from the Flow Analysis (CAE) conducted for the 'Air vent bezel' to study the behavior of the Melt during flow. The Mold Design would incorporate suitable checking to ensure the best quality product in terms of `defect-free’ output. This thesis work consist methodology of plastic injection molding process, material requirement, how to overcome weld mark, shrinkage etc to satisfactorily assemble the component. Keywords: Draft angle, Shrinkage, CAE, weld mark

f you offer a service on the web, odds are that someone will abuse it. Be it an API, a SaaS, a PaaS, or even a static website, someone somewhere will try to figure out a way to use it to their own needs. In this talk we'll compare measures that are effective against static attackers and how to battle a dynamic attacker who adapts to your counter-measures.

This presentation, created by Syed Faiz ul Hassan, explores the profound influence of media on public perception and behavior. It delves into the evolution of media from oral traditions to modern digital and social media platforms. Key topics include the role of media in information propagation, socialization, crisis awareness, globalization, and education. The presentation also examines media influence through agenda setting, propaganda, and manipulative techniques used by advertisers and marketers. Furthermore, it highlights the impact of surveillance enabled by media technologies on personal behavior and preferences. Through this comprehensive overview, the presentation aims to shed light on how media shapes collective consciousness and public opinion.
