In this poster the actor is pictured in a close up photo
with his cap pulled down low over his face so that you
cannot see his eyes, I feel this is done to portray that the
actor doesn’t want to be known like he’s in hiding, this
makes you wonder why he wants to hide and what he’s
hiding from. There is also a razor blade in his cap which is
easily visible in this photo, this is included to make you
feel as though this person could be dangerous, and make
you wonder whether he’s good or bad. The colours are
also dark and quite murkily tainted, this could be to give
the impression of a dark or unclean environment.
This poster has a lot of bright attractive colours
which would entice people to look over and read
this poster when they see it as a pose to seeing a
dull boring poster. The sides of the poster show a
strip of clubs and bars which shows that the four
young men in the middle of the shot could be
going to have a good time and portrays the
possibility of a comedy movie.
The background is a relatively plain
purple background which doesn’t really
give anything away, however I feel as
though they have included every main
character within the series and this is
showing off what sort of personality they
have without giving too much
information, this poster is the kind of
poster which makes you want to find out
more without seeing anything.
