store and transport cement, fly ash and other raw materials. The low profile cement
silo for sale is the most common model and consists of a cylindrical silo and a bracket.

The mobile cement silos like ordinary vertical cement tanks, are available in 30 tons,
50 tons, 60 tons, 80 tons, 100 tons, 150 tons, 200 tons,etc. It can provide

Horizontal cement silos can be produced without foundation. Its installation is
relatively simple. There is no need to lay a foundation. As long as it is placed on a
fixed ground surface without tilting and deformation due to gravity, horizontal cement
silos are safer to a certain extent.
Generally speaking, the selection of the number of cement tanks should be based on
the actual amount of materials required. If the mixing station site is far away from the
cement manufacturer, the freight cost is high and the transportation time is long, a
sufficient amount of cement powder needs to be reserved, and several cement silos

The fully automatic concrete mixer is completely controlled by a computer system. It

JS500 concrete mixer is a small twin shaft concrete mixing equipment. It feeds 800
liters and produces half a cubic meter of concrete (500 liters) every 60s, which is
approximately 0.5 cubic meters of concrete. The JS500 mixer is used in HZS25
concrete mixing plant, of which the hourly output is 25m3. The general working time is
8 hours, and the output volume per day is about 20*8=160 cubic meters.
1 cubic concrete mixer usually uses the JS1000 twin shaft mixer. The 1 cubic concrete
mixer can be used as the mixing host of HZS50 and HZS60 concrete batching plant.
The two mixing stations also use the JS1000 mixer, but use different weighing
systems, so the output of the hzs50 station and hzs60 station is different. A cubic
concrete mixer can mix 50-60 cubic meters of concrete per hour. Calculating 10 hours
a day, a cubic mixer can mix 500-600 cubic meters of concrete per day.
Container Batch Plant
The ready mix concrete plant is a complete set of equipment for producing
high-quality concrete. It is widely used in various types of buildings, bridges, roads,

present. It mainly includes batching station module, aggregate conveyor belt conveyor
module, container main building module, electrical control module, powder tank
module and steel structure foundation module.
1. Batching machine model
The batching machine model adopts a modular design of upper and lower parts. The
upper part is the warehouse body, discharging door and weighing scale. The gas path
and circuit are laid out in the factory. The warehouse plates are connected by hinges
and hung on both sides during transportation. When installing, you only need to flip it
up, saving installation time.
The lower part is the belt conveyor and steel structure foundation. Overall
transportation eliminates installation time at the construction site. The entire batching

2. Aggregate conveyor belt model
The aggregate conveyor belt adopts a large-angle trough belt conveyor, which can
reduce the cost and floor space of the whole machine. The frame adopts an integral
truss design, and the middle c adopts a hinge structure. The belt conveyor can be
transported as a whole after being flipped and folded. During installation, you only
need to unfold the frame, saving time in assembling the belt conveyor.
3. Main building module
The main building modules only have 4 boxes in total, which are the main concrete
mixer part, the mixing layer plug-in box, the metering box, the metering layer plug-in
box and the main building outriggers. The legs of the main building are installed with
hinges, which is convenient and fast. Each box is positioned with positioning pins and
then connected with bolts, making installation quick and easy.
The water, air and circuit integrated between the mixing host box and the metering
layer box are connected by hoses and industrial waterproof aviation quick-plug
connections. The entire main building (including the water, gas and electrical circuits
in the main building) can be installed in just 1 day.
4. Electrical control module
The control cabinet, operating console and air conditioner are all placed in the control
room of a standard container module. The control room is made of 50mm fire-proof
and insulated sandwich panels, and the wooden floor is luxuriously decorated. The
cables between each module are connected with industrial waterproof aviation quick
plugs made in the factory. The control systems are all placed in the control room.
5. Cement silo module
The cement silo is a 100t or 150t powder tank that can be transported as a whole. The
cement silo is made as a whole in the factory and can be hoisted as a whole after
being transported to the construction site. This saves the time and effort of making the
powder tank at the construction site.
6. Steel structure basic module
The container-type cement concrete mixing station adopts a steel structure foundation,

and harden the concrete to achieve the ground endurance required by the design.
Each independent frame of the steel structure foundation is designed as a detachable
structure that meets domestic transportation conditions. The frames are connected
with high-strength bolts and can be reused. It is very suitable for construction projects
with frequent transfers, saving costs and being convenient and fast.
Generally, the stationary concrete batching plant is made of parts, and the hoisting
period of the equipment is long. After the equipment is hoisted, water lines, air pipes,
wires and cables need to be installed separately. This results in a long installation and
debugging cycle. The fastest time from installation to production of the equipment is
14 days.
The container-type concrete plant adopts a fully modular design, and the main
modules integrate water channels, gas channels and circuits. Only bolts, hoses and
industrial waterproof aviation quick-plug connections are required between each
module, and the equipment can be installed to formal production in as little as 3 days.
A Small Concrete Pump Truck
The small concrete pump truck generally refers to models with a boom length of
less than 30 meters like 28 meter concrete pump. Compared with large concrete
pump trucks, the biggest advantage of small concrete pump trucks is the price
advantage.
7. Since the concrete pump truck operates in a harsh environment and operates
continuously, very high requirements are placed on the chassis as the power source.
The quality of chassis selection will directly affect the safety, reliability and economy of
the concrete pump truck.
The work of the pump truck is very intensive and requires very high durability and
integrity of the chassis. Once the chassis fails, it will not only bring maintenance costs,

The engine, which is the heart of the vehicle, provides power for driving and working
through its connection with the transmission device and transmission system of the

2. Transmission system - main artery of pump truck chassis
The transmission system of the pump truck includes: gearbox, transfer case and drive
shaft, which are like the main arteries of the human body, continuously transmitting
power to the driving wheels and hydraulic pumps. If the performance of the
transmission system is not up to standard, it is like having a blood clot in the artery. No
matter how powerful the power is, it will not be able to continuously transport concrete.
Therefore, a mature and reliable power transmission chain is the key to ensuring
efficient concrete work.
3. Frame - the skeleton of the pump truck chassis
The frame is like the skeleton of the pump truck chassis and is an important factor in
determining the load capacity of the chassis. The chassis longitudinal beam is usually
a C-shaped structure with one or more layers of high-strength steel plates bent and
nested together. It requires high strength and sufficient flexibility to cope with rugged
and complex working conditions.
Once there is a problem with the chassis longitudinal beam, it will have a huge impact
on the stability of the 32 meter concrete pump. Forcible use will cause the frame to
tear and the boom to tip over.
