In addition, Bangladesh has made remarkable progress in the areas of poverty reduction, reducing the prevalence of underweight children, increasing enrolment at primary schools, lowering the infant mortality rate and maternal mortality ratio, improving immunization coverage and reducing the incidence of communicable diseases.
The Household Income and Expenditure Survey of 2010 data show that the incidence of poverty is declining at a rate of 2.47 percent per year since 1991-92 in Bangladesh. It can be said that the target of halving the population living below the poverty line is already achieved in 2012.On the other hand, areas in need of greater attention are hunger-poverty reduction and employment generation, increases in primary school completion and adult literacy rates, creation of decent wage employment for women, increase in the presence of skilled health professionals at delivery, increase in correct and comprehensive knowledge on HIV/AIDS, increase in forest coverage, and coverage of information and communication technology.

It can be said that the target of halving the population living below the poverty line is already achieved in 2012.On the other hand, areas in need of greater attention are hunger-poverty reduction and employment generation, increases in primary school completion and adult literacy rates, creation of decent wage employment for women, increase in the presence of skilled health professionals at delivery, increase in correct and comprehensive knowledge on HIV/AIDS, increase in forest coverage, and coverage of information and communication technology.

Bangladesh is traditionally an agro-based country for geographical reasons. Historically agricultural products play a major role in the GDP of the country. Recent statistical data shows that agricultural products are now at 3rd position in the sectoral share of GDP.
The economic condition, per capita income and quality of life of Bangladesh can be improved if proper emphasis is given on the agricultural sector and appropriate promotion strategy for the agricultural industry is undertaken. This promotion strategy should be undertaken in different scales on the basis of need and priority.
In Bangladesh there are lots of National level goals and policies for industrial promotion and there are also some Local level plans; but the intermediate stage (Regional level) between these two is always neglected. National level plans are always too broad on the other hand Local level plans are too specific. A combination of these two scales of planning is needed for quick and efficient improvement strategy.
In this study Regional promotional strategy for two agricultural products in two different districts (Jute-Shariatpur; Sweetmeat-Rajbari) is discussed to minimize the above mentioned gap between National and Local level.

physical, and biological technologies. This study examines the integration of 4.0 technologies into
healthcare, identifying success factors and challenges through interviews with 70 stakeholders from 33
countries. Healthcare is evolving significantly, with varied objectives across nations aiming to improve
population health. The study explores stakeholders' perceptions on critical success factors, identifying
challenges such as insufficiently trained personnel, organizational silos, and structural barriers to data
exchange. Facilitators for integration include cost reduction initiatives and interoperability policies.
Technologies like IoT, Big Data, AI, Machine Learning, and robotics enhance diagnostics, treatment
precision, and real-time monitoring, reducing errors and optimizing resource utilization. Automation
improves employee satisfaction and patient care, while Blockchain and telemedicine drive cost reductions.
Successful integration requires skilled professionals and supportive policies, promising efficient resource

- 5. 1.It means that a large population is not a burden on its own. 2.A large population can be turned up as an asset for the country. 3.The way we see the big population of Bangladesh today is not exactly what it is in all the cases. 5.The biggest example is China. 6.It has a bigger population than even Bangladesh has, but we can see the level of development that China has when compared to Bangladesh. 4.It does not take its population to be a burden. It does not get tensed and does not think about what to do with such a big population. But it uses its population as an asset. "Population is not a burden in itself"
- 6. Major Problem Because of over population, we faces some problem such as food, clothes, residence and so on! We always keep on writing big essays, make debates and discussions and also we see lots of topics in the newspapers regarding population. But, this does not actually work fully. I don't understand why don't we have a "One Child System" in Bangladesh at a position of so many problems caused by population. We just think so much about it but we are actually unable to do anything.
- 7. Population can be used as resource if we have an attitude. It is not that Bangladesh is a stupid place, without any sufficient system, or any planning. It has planning, but it is that we don't actually understand that population can be used as resource instead of taking it as a burden. We can use our population as resource by planning a good system of classification and sending people to various fields, as per their qualifications. We need to provide better education system and we need to keep it up continuously. We need to produce good human resource. This we do easily. Population is Resource
