CREATIVE TEAMS
    The Mixers
 We provide you our experience in
how to make an assumption using 6
               hats.
Our team consists of two members –
           two Lenas.
• The first hat was
  the blue one. We
  wore it and
  started make a
  plan of our work.
  We chose place
  and time for
  working.
• When we dressed the white
  hat we tried to think what
  could be the obstacles for
  sleeping. These were simple
  decisions: turn off the light,
  kill all sounds and etc. In
  this way we had 43 ides.
• In red hats we thought
  on intuitive level. At this
  time we had ideas about
  massage, cat, hugging,
  warm. You can't explain
  why but it had to work.




                      Red
• Every obvious ideas
  were already wrote
  down up to this stage.
  So we had to look at
  the problem in a new
  way. The idea about
  asking somebody to
  tell a fairy-tail was
  born by green hat
  methods. It brings us
  19 more ideas.
• Yellow hat helped us when we came to dead end. It
  looked like all ideas were already used and we have
  no more. But optimism helped us don’t give up. At
  this stage we create ideas of forgetting monsters
  under the bed and pretending you are sleeping. It
  gives us 8 more ideas.
• Dressing black hats we
  went throw the list again.
  Some ideas we consider as
  unnecessary because of
  their inability to work. So
  we threw out several of
  them.
• The easiest part was the blue hat
• The hardest one was yellow hat.

• We like each hat.
 It’s so stylish!! =)

The mixers

  • 1. CREATIVE TEAMS The Mixers We provide you our experience in how to make an assumption using 6 hats. Our team consists of two members – two Lenas.
  • 2. • The first hat was the blue one. We wore it and started make a plan of our work. We chose place and time for working.
  • 3. • When we dressed the white hat we tried to think what could be the obstacles for sleeping. These were simple decisions: turn off the light, kill all sounds and etc. In this way we had 43 ides.
  • 4. • In red hats we thought on intuitive level. At this time we had ideas about massage, cat, hugging, warm. You can't explain why but it had to work. Red
  • 5. • Every obvious ideas were already wrote down up to this stage. So we had to look at the problem in a new way. The idea about asking somebody to tell a fairy-tail was born by green hat methods. It brings us 19 more ideas.
  • 6. • Yellow hat helped us when we came to dead end. It looked like all ideas were already used and we have no more. But optimism helped us don’t give up. At this stage we create ideas of forgetting monsters under the bed and pretending you are sleeping. It gives us 8 more ideas.
  • 7. • Dressing black hats we went throw the list again. Some ideas we consider as unnecessary because of their inability to work. So we threw out several of them.
  • 8. • The easiest part was the blue hat • The hardest one was yellow hat. • We like each hat. It’s so stylish!! =) Sincerely yours, the Mixers
