the firm The Indigo Group, LLC, and its
predecessor Navitas Concepts, LLC in 2009.
Located in New York and Dallas, Indigo provides
business consulting for companies ranging from
mid-size healthcare organizations to franchisees.
Thomas Foley currently manages the firm’s
Dallas office.
About Franchises
 As part of a franchise, business owners have
access to marketing tools, like television
advertisements, that they might not otherwise be
able to afford. Pulling funds together from its
franchisees, franchisors hire experts to help
produce targeted campaigns and quality
marketing materials essential for building
exposure. To ensure the marketing plan is in line
with an owner’s expectation, potential investors
should review the company’s tactics and
strategies for leveraging communication
tools, including email marketing, social
media, and special promotions.
Conclusion
 In addition, determining the level of input
franchisees have in a marketing program is
important. While the final decision remains the
responsibility of the franchisors, marketing
