The Evolution of the internet
The Evolution of the Internet 1958, US secretery Defense Neil McElory signed the Department of Defense Directive 5105.15.
 1959, The Advanced Research Projects Agency (ARPA) was launched.
 1960, the internet was established for the first time in the US for military purposes.
 1960, ARPA Network (ARPAnet) was established.
 1969, Interface Message Processors (IMPs) was developed, which revolutionized data transmission.
 1983, ARPANET adopted the Transmission Control Protocol (TCP).
 1989, The Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) was created by (CERN), which resulted in the appearance of the
World Wide Web (WWW).
 1993, The Mosaic web browser was created, 1st to show images in the line with text.
 1995, The Internet was commercialized and decommissioned, this allowed its profit commercial side to be
developed as we know today.
 1998, Google opens its first office in California and web publishing tools were introduced.
 1999, Browsers came into existence where Netscape and Microsoft shares almost hundred percent of market.
 2000-, The appearance of various the social Network platforms and applications.

The Evolution of the Internet 1958, US secretery Defense Neil McElory signed the Department of Defense Directive 5105.15.  1959, The Advanced Research Projects Agency (ARPA) was launched.  1960, the internet was established for the first time in the US for military purposes.  1960, ARPA Network (ARPAnet) was established.  1969, Interface Message Processors (IMPs) was developed, which revolutionized data transmission.  1983, ARPANET adopted the Transmission Control Protocol (TCP).  1989, The Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) was created by (CERN), which resulted in the appearance of the World Wide Web (WWW).  1993, The Mosaic web browser was created, 1st to show images in the line with text.  1995, The Internet was commercialized and decommissioned, this allowed its profit commercial side to be developed as we know today.  1998, Google opens its first office in California and web publishing tools were introduced.  1999, Browsers came into existence where Netscape and Microsoft shares almost hundred percent of market.  2000-, The appearance of various the social Network platforms and applications.
