  1. Hello and welcome to our webinar today entitled The Holistic Approach to Employer Branding with Robin Schooling. HR teams often do an effective job of ensuring brand alignment with the onboarding process and they understand how branding impacts retention. But, what about other areas, like employee relations, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and performance management?   In this webinar, you’ll learn several simple and effective ways that employers can shape employees’ perceptions and behaviors through your employment brand, how you can ensure that your employment brand is marketed internally, and also how to apply, shape and manage that brand in all HR functions across the entire employee life cycle.
