It is time for humanity to provide the urgently as possible tools needed to take control of their destiny and put in place a democratic governance of the world. This is the only means of survival of the human species and to halt the decay of humanity. Because there is no other means capable of building a world in which every woman, every man of today and tomorrow have the same rights and the same duties, and in which the interests of the planet and of all nations, of all forms of life and future generations would be finally taken into account, in which all the sources of growth would be used for environmentally and socially sustainable way.

THE DECLINE OF HUMANITY

An attentive observer to what happens in the world perceives the decay experienced by
humanity. However great scientific and technological advances every day basic moral
values, honor and respect are being lost in our society. Humans destroy what they build,
fight with their fellows for the most trivial reasons possible and trivializes and subject
himself to the worst humiliations in pursuit of power and wealth. Humans are born and
grow subjecting themselves to platitudes created and passively accepted by the
majority.
Perhaps we are on a path of no return without recovery heading towards an abyss.
Humans built and appreciated a despicable capitalist liberalism that destroys and
corrupts man every day, leaving him alienated and distant from the great moral virtues.
For most it is more simple and practical follow traditional thinking and accepted by
society and judged as correct and normal, rather than developing a critical and opposed
to what is imposed as normal and correct thinking.
Become comfortable continuing with the quiet life while idle than to risk going against
the majority. The truth is that so goes mankind. This is the result of the biggest crisis of
values that we live increasingly in modern times in most countries of the world where
leaders show extensive inability to manage the situation and could even lead to the
crisis of governments and the rise of dictatorships that end up with the meager existing
freedoms.
All this happens in the present moment while the crisis of the world capitalist system
and its imminent debacle occurs in which the United States can drag across Europe and
can create more violence and social inequality that have mushroomed in the present
century. In fact we are accelerating the decay of humanity that is lacking urgently need
a major transformation. Only few are aware and conscious to the "signs" of the times
and spread the truth to those who know nothing about the difficult days ahead.
Which end will have our world, our lives, if the world has become today an
unmanageable chaos where humans think only of power and wealth and destroys
nature? Can a man be called being the most intelligent on Earth? An intelligent preaches
war and jeopardize their future and of their descendants? It's what they do today with
our world, by destroying for money, kill for wealth and power, human life no longer
worth anything, nothing more has value, all for power and wealth!
It is shameful that the situation came to mankind with its form of civilization, where
hunger kills every day millions of people around the world, most children do not reach
adulthood due to lack of food, while others eat too much and are obese by the errors and
excesses as they do their own parents. We live in a world of contrasts between luxury
and waste, material wealth and misery. It is unacceptable to live in a world where, in the
last 6000 years of human history, there have been only 292 years of relative peace
between peoples.
World history is largely a history of wars, because states in which we live born from
conquests, civil wars or struggles for independence. The earliest historical records that
are known already speak of wars and struggles. It is therefore to cause astonishment that
now, at harvest time all the bad actions generated by humanity, the number of wars and

revolutions grow in scale unseen, both in quantity and in intensity. The violence of the
conflicts in our time has no parallel in history.
The wars of the twentieth century were "total wars" against combatants and civilians
without discrimination. The twentieth century was undoubtedly the most murderous of
which we have record, both in scale, frequency and extent of the war but also filled by
single human catastrophes that produced from the greatest famines in history to
systematic genocide volume. Since the end of World War II the world has known 160
wars when died about 7 million soldiers and 30 million civilians. All "mega deaths"
occurred since 1914 reached a total of 187 million dead.
The wars are still part of our daily lives as demonstrate the conflict between Russia and
Ukraine that makes evident the purpose of the Western powers (United States and
European Union), allies of Ukraine, of weakening the geopolitical position of Russia
that seeks to regain global role before exercised by the former Soviet Union. Insoluble
Palestinian issue, which has existed since the end of World War 1st
when the victorious
powers contributed to the occupation of Palestine by the Jewish people and facilitated
the creation of the State of Israel at the expense of the Palestinian people, makes the
Palestinian people and Jewish living at war. The recent military intervention in Iraq,
Afghanistan, Syria and Libya complete the picture of conflict in the Middle East.
Besides the aforementioned conflicts, humanity is faced with two major threats. One of
an economic nature, is represented by the general crisis of the world capitalist system
that tends to lead the global economy to depression with the failure of governments,
business bankruptcies, mass unemployment and even the outbreak of civil wars and new
world conflagration as has occurred in the twentieth century to the World War 1st
and
2nd
. Another threat, environmental, is represented by the depletion of natural resources
of the planet, the overcrowded cities and the catastrophic global climate change, which
tends to produce a serious impact on the economic activities and increased social
problems of mankind.
This situation is coincident with the fact that the United States has extended its empire
to the point they can no longer manage it, as happened with Spain in the seventeenth
century and the United Kingdom in the twentieth century. Since 2001, the Bush
administration put everything away in the tax area, with increasing war spending after
the attack on the twin towers in New York to promote the invasion of Iraq and
Afghanistan. By Goldman Sachs forecast, China will have, in 2050, surpassed the
United States, with U. S. $ 45 trillion GDP, compared with U. S. $ 35 trillion in the
United States.
It is time for humanity to provide the urgently as possible tools needed to take control of

Democratic governance of the world does not replace the governments of each nation.
Your role would be to build the governance of the economy and the global environment
and the maintenance of world peace. Through it would be pursued to defend the general

interests of the planet. A democratic governance of the world will ensure towards each
State to respect the rights of each citizen of the world seeking to prevent the spread of
global systemic risks of economic and environmental nature. A democratic governance
of the world would avoid the empire one of and anarchy of all. A democratic
governance of the world with these characteristics can only result from a consensus
among all peoples and nations of the world.
Democratic governance of the world could arise from a war or be designed to prevent
their return. This would not be the first time: this was the object of the Concert of
Nations in 1815, the League of Nations in 1920 and of the United Nations in 1945 that
were in vain because of global governance would not have any means to make decisions
or to put to implement sanctions against those who fail to comply. This democratic
global governance could result from major disasters systemic such as, extreme
ecological crisis, economic crisis of great magnitude, expansion of an economy of
organized crime, the fall of a meteorite on the planet and the advancement of the
terrorist movement that would make the world's governments to join forces. The
preservation of peace is the first task of any new form of global governance.
Tomorrow, who will rule the world? No one, probably, if nothing is done to build
global governance. And this is the worst scenario. No country however powerful it
cannot control the wealth and the problems of the planet. No country wants world
governance. However, social and economic crises, financial, ecological, and political
development of illegal and criminal activities today show the urgent need for global
governance. One must understand that the world market cannot function properly
without the rule of international law, the rule of international law can not be applied and
respected in the absence of a global governance that is accepted by all the countries
which will be sustainable only if is truly democratic.
Humanity must understand that it has everything to gain by joining in a democratic
governance around the world representing the interests of nations, including the most
powerful, controlling the world in its entirety, in time and space. The new world order
must be built to organize not only the relations between men on earth, but also their
relationship with nature. It is necessary, therefore, a planetary social contract that
provides for economic and social development and the rational use of the resources of
nature for the benefit of all mankind. The building of a new world order based on these
principles is urgent. This government will be a day even happens after a gigantic
economic or environmental disaster. It is urgent to think about it to halt the process of
ongoing decay of humanity.
