"Operation: Desert Stage" is the class project of the 2009 class of the Colorado River Leadership program. The goal of the project is to bring a community stage to the Bullhead City area. This stage would be available to schools, community organizations, and so on to be used for special events.

The session will share models, ideas, solutions and case studies of examples of businesses who have, through technology, process and discipline, not only wrestled control of the external spend but used the data produced to make a material difference to the reduction of that spend. This session will touch on e-billing and other technology commonly employed to control cost and deliver financial reporting to the in house team.
