The latest technological innovation that has
appeared in job is social networks (Facebook,
LinkedIn, Twitter, Ning, Xing, Plaxo, Hi5 and
Second Life, among others), which allow
people to connect, communicate and share
information in a way totally revolutionary and
innovative.


It is true that there are still many companies
that prohibit their workers navigate social
networks during working hours. This, to
some extent, make much sense; However, if
you know how to handle this situation well,
the benefits of the use of social networks can
do this practice worthwhile.


A social networking service is an online
service, platform, or site that focuses on
facilitating the building of social networks or
social relations among people who, for
example, share interests, activities,
backgrounds, or real-life connections.


There are currently many mobile devices with
sufficient technology with you can connect it
without problem, but advocates of these
technologies say that responsible use can
help concentration, better performance even
have more unity with those of your company.


Some of the benefits include:
◦ Announce company news by linking to a news
release on your website
◦ Welcome a new hire or congratulate someone on a
promotion
◦ Link to a news article about your company
◦ Post photos and videos
◦ They can create networks to maintain
conversations, collaborate and share files and
information.

create activity feeds.


share our vacancies and professional events".




To move forward are practices must forget
about employees who abuse these privileges
that unfortunately, there will always be those
who attempt to exploit any extra or make
improper use of royalties.
When we refer to social networks, in short, we
are talking about human nature; for this
reason, rules must be clear so that we can
obtain real benefits associated with its use
inside the company.

The challenge of social networking in the office

  • 2.  The latest technological innovation that has appeared in job is social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Ning, Xing, Plaxo, Hi5 and Second Life, among others), which allow people to connect, communicate and share information in a way totally revolutionary and innovative.
  • 3.  It is true that there are still many companies that prohibit their workers navigate social networks during working hours. This, to some extent, make much sense; However, if you know how to handle this situation well, the benefits of the use of social networks can do this practice worthwhile.
  • 4.  A social networking service is an online service, platform, or site that focuses on facilitating the building of social networks or social relations among people who, for example, share interests, activities, backgrounds, or real-life connections.
  • 5.  There are currently many mobile devices with sufficient technology with you can connect it without problem, but advocates of these technologies say that responsible use can help concentration, better performance even have more unity with those of your company.
  • 6.  Some of the benefits include: ◦ Announce company news by linking to a news release on your website ◦ Welcome a new hire or congratulate someone on a promotion ◦ Link to a news article about your company ◦ Post photos and videos

Specifically, in your web page stand out and boast of it: "Use blogs and social networks as a canvas where to capture our imagination, and as a place to share our vacancies and professional events".
  • 11.   To move forward are practices must forget about employees who abuse these privileges that unfortunately, there will always be those who attempt to exploit any extra or make improper use of royalties. When we refer to social networks, in short, we are talking about human nature; for this reason, rules must be clear so that we can obtain real benefits associated with its use inside the company.
