This document outlines a proposed technology use plan for Gerald Elementary School in Key West, Florida. 16. The committee would be divided under five specific technology focus areas such as Student Learning (includes technology skills) ,Teacher Preparation and Delivery of Instruction , Administration / Data Management / Communication Processes , Resource Distribution and Use and Technical Support

17. The committee would then be assigned specific and well defined roles and an appropriate team leader would be chosen.
